Adriene is the least cringy of all yoga teachers! Relatable, funny, warm easy on the ear. I'm a yoga phobic but I love YWA and completed the 30 day TRUE series (albeit with a few days off in between when the studio I was staying in Paris didn't have enough floor space!) and intend to do it over again!

1:45 I was trying to hear you but my dog was groaning and chewing on his foot. Yes groaning.

My dog then started following a speck, it was a beetle that took 5 smashed to kill.

Finally he joined in with cobra pose. I love him 💕

153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA
