workout plan #7 dooone :DD I am currently fasting, but it's OK since I'm working out at night now. I did Kayla Itsines BBGs for almost a year and I was ready for a chance. FB is definitely a good decision. I think I will be doing FBbooty and FBabs next ^^

I'm with you guys since 2 awesome years. I've been doing at least 5 different workouts, but this one is the best for me so far in terms of balance. I started my 3d week (everyday routine) and can already see the progress allover my body! If you have something alike from newest workouts, please advise. Thanks!

My first Daniel video and my first pyramid vid and I loved it! Those high knees tho…my legs felt like bags of sand! I’m still feeling it today but had so much fun I came back today to do it again. When you’re sweating at the end of the warm up, you know it’s gon-be-good!

UPDATE TODAY:
Just finished this workout and I made it through the high knees!! I fist pumped the air like Rocky😆- it felt so good! It’s amazing how our body benefits from even ONE workout!

The mountain climbers at the end almost made me cuss! I had to take several breaks during that exercise; my upper body and core aren't where they need to be just yet.

I only mentioned the other day that I hate leg workouts! Anyway I was spent by the time I came to mountain climbers 45. Most of the workouts were completed but it was tough. I'll give it another go sometime in the near future. Thanks.

I hate HIIT, but I know I should keep pushing through. Those mountain climbers were a killer, I could actually feel my head getting hotter and hotter. I know this must be good for helping the heart pump blood but I found it really tough. Maybe it was one of those weak days. Thanks anyway. TCFN

The high knees and the back focused ones were so difficult. Man, this pyramid workout kicked my butt and it was after a two week break from working out too. Way to feel back into the swing of things 😛 But it was so so good! Thank you x

Yep, the mountain climber round is still brutal. I had to do single-leg for the 3rd & 4th sets. The burpee push-ups are pretty rough, too! Quick, sweaty workout and I'm DONE for the day 🙂
