Omg, my arms feel like they are gonna fall off ☠️ I lifted as heavy as my body would allow without risking injury considering I’m just back from a break. I’m super proud of myself for lifting pretty heavy and with proper form. My arms are shaking, chest muscles hurting and even my legs as I kept them contracted throughout. I’m super proud of myself for showing up today and improving myself, one workout at a time 💪 #FBFit2 Day 37 main workout complete! It feels awesome to be me! 🎊💫 02.01.2020

This passed by super fast and was very fun and motivating knowing there were only 6 exercises. I’m proud of myself for showing up, pushing strong and getting yesterday’s workout in since I didn’t feel well yesterday. There is a difference between rep range for strength and mass building. Of course building strength will also build muscle but rep ranges are different. You've mixed it up. 8-12 repetitions is more to build mass/muscle building (of course weight should be properly adjust to make you fail in that rep range) and strength rep range is about 5 repetition (with properly adjusted weight to make you fail in that rep range) not more than 10 as you mentioned. Today I made extra effort to push myself hard without re-injuring my arm a third time this month and well, hopefully I’ve done a good job of that. This workout really burnt my arms to a crisp and that burnout, that burnout is worth all the gold 🙌 I’ve done yesterday’s workout today and later I’ll be getting to today’s abs and cardio workout so today is a super burning workout session 🔥 Wish me luck! 😆 #FBFit2 Day 37 complete! 07.08.19

I thought this was doable and didn't feel excruciating burns, so I thought maybe it was because I was using lower weights that maybe this workout wasn't as effective for me as it seems to have been for others….I innocently thought this until I tried pressing down on hand soap and had a hard time doing that 😂😭

I only have a pair of dumb bells, changing the weight take a while longer. So I fit what weight I can manage onto the threaded bar and for the lighter exercises I use the iron plates. It's a bit awkward but still effective. It would be cool having the same set you own but I don't trust myself to keep up with the workouts & they'll gather dust. Maybe one day somebody will sell their unused set. As ever TCFN
