estocada dividida pierna derecha
sentadilla de sumo

Tri-set | 3 series de 10 repeticiones
mancuerna RDL
sentadilla de sumo
empuje de cadera de una sola pierna izquierda y derecha

Superconjunto |
15 sentadillas de sumo pulsantes
15 segundos de posición en cuclillas de sumo

QUEMARSE | 30 repeticiones (lo siguiente es 1 repetición)
* siéntase libre de tomar descansos – solo hágalos TIENE ESTO

estocada larga izquierda

MY BABES!! Keep in mind that every exercise can be modified for beginners. For example…

BURN OUT: if the jumping movements are too much, take out the jump and do a reverse lunge and standing squat instead!
TRI-SET 1: If the barbell is too much, take it out! No problemo. We all start somewhere xo
