A few minutes ago I did Yoga for stess relief again and I just finished that one. It releases bad energies. When your heart, soul is placed in the higher frequency vibration of your indeed you feel light-hearted. I feel like that. I needed it. Namaste.

I work from home on my computer, then I unwind by playing games on my computer. This practice is my favourite for drawing a line under my working day and switching to recreational time 🙂 Even though it's only five minutes, it feels a long time now since I was hard at work and I am ready for a relaxing evening.
